december 2nd is here, again. its the 20th time now, really. wow. now tt i think abt it its really been a long journey to this 20-year mark.
happy events, sad events.. i dont even know where to begin to talk about my life so far.
thinking about it, life's probably been good for me so far. granted, i had setbacks, i had hit-rock-bottom moments, but ive always managed to bounce back. ive been healthy, never really been very ill. i have great friends, and a great family, and a great boyfriend. =D
maybe sometimes you were meant to learn things. life cnt be so simple as to coming in first for everything; even the presidents of this world have had obstacles, im sure.
but now, all i want to say, is a BIG thankyou to everyone who stuck by me these 20 years, from my primary school teachers, to people like audrey and ricky, berry, kent, to huiqi and andre and darryn and yanting and jess, to jason and siyu, simin, joy.. to my classmates! diana, mia, mawar, everyone! to my lecturers, to dy. twenty years is no joke okay! wahahah.
(and oh, its nice to see a birthday message from facebook too. HAH!)
its a nostalgic birthday hour im spending here, from midnight to 1am, feeling blessed about all i have around me.
(maybe i should just stand in the middle of the hall and start dancing a stupid dance to show im happy. hehe. i vaguely remember something like tt three years back with a tbe of toothpaste in my hand in front of vance. >_< )
